Return Process

  Place the skates or accessories securely in their original box, ensuring all blade guards and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the skates are in new, unsharpened condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
