Jackson Ultima skates often fit differently than standard athletic shoes. We recommend using our official size chart and measuring your foot in millimeters to ensure a snug, professional fit for optimal performance.
What is Heat Molding and can I do it at home?
Heat molding allows the boot to contour to your specific foot shape for better comfort. While some models are heat-moldable, we strongly recommend having this performed by an authorized Jackson Ultima dealer to avoid damaging the materials.
How long does shipping take for custom skate orders?
Standard stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom or semi-custom boots may take 4-8 weeks to manufacture and ship, depending on the complexity of the specifications.
What is your return policy for sharpened blades?
We accept returns on unused boots and blades in their original packaging within 30 days. However, once blades have been sharpened or mounted to the boots, the items are no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our figure skates and accessories worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their destination country.
How should I maintain my blades to prevent rust?
After every session, wipe your blades completely dry with a soft cloth. Use fabric 'soakers' for transport and storage, and never leave rubber guards on your blades for long periods as they trap moisture.
